A communication issue is creating havoc for flights arriving at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport and New Jersey's Newark International Airport Saturday night as some flights are delayed more than 2 1/2 hours. A spokeswoman for the Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement that flights at the New York metro airports were delayed due to an "external communications problem" that is affecting area air traffic control facilities. ......
